How the process works
We've been running this process since 2018, and we've refined it to the point where clients can hand us as little or as much as they want. Come with a fully developed brand identity and your own containers sourced — we'll handle the rest. Come with nothing but an idea — we'll build it from the ground up. The process adapts to you.
Fragrance selection
Fragrance selection starts with our catalog of 7,000+ fragrance oils, sourced from world-class suppliers with roots in Grasse, France. Each product needs an oil suited to it: candle oils that throw through the full burn, soap oils that survive saponification, skin-safe oils for body care. Our team guides you to a scent that fits the product, your brand and your price point. For very large orders, custom formulation is also available.
Packaging and design
Label and box design and printing are handled in-house. Bring your own artwork and we'll work with it exactly as supplied. Prefer to start from scratch? Our designer takes the creative from concept through to print-ready files.
MOQs and order sizes
Our MOQs are among the most flexible in the market — lower than most competitors, with exact quantities depending on the product, its container, the box specification and printing requirements. That makes private label accessible for first-time brand founders while still being efficient for established brands scaling up production.
Compliance and export

What is the minimum order for private label candles, soaps or diffusers?
It depends on the product, its container, the box specification and the printing. Our minimums are lower than most manufacturers', so a first-time brand can start small. Tell us the product and packaging you have in mind and we'll give you exact quantities.
Can I buy just the fragrance oil and make the products myself?
Yes. Our fragrance oils are sold on their own from 30 g, including more than 2,000 profiles chosen for candle making. Our fragrance oils for candles and wholesale fragrance oils pages cover the range.
Can I test a scent before ordering?
Yes. Fragrance oil samples are free on request, so you can try a scent in your own wax, soap base or lotion before committing to a product run.
Can you design my labels and boxes?
Yes. Label and box design and printing are done in-house. Send your own artwork and we'll use it exactly as supplied, or our designer can take it from concept to print-ready files.
Do you ship private label products outside the UAE?
Yes. We ship to more than 100 countries. For the US, EU and other regulated markets, we handle the documentation, labelling requirements and ingredient declarations as part of production.
